1. Membership Eligibility & Enrollment

● The Mintra Family Card is a program offered by Mintra & applied only in Mintra
stores unless otherwise announced.
● Membership is available through registration via the official application form.
● Members must provide accurate personal information during registration.
● Mintra reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
● Membership is free of charge during the launch phase unless otherwise
announced.
● Each member is allowed one active membership account only.

2. Membership Card

● Members will receive a physical Mintra Family Card containing a unique barcode.
● The card must be presented at checkout to earn or redeem benefits.
● The card is personal and non-transferable.
● Lost or damaged cards must be reported to Mintra for replacement. However,
member data can be accessed through his phone number.
● Mintra reserves the right to replace or update the card format at any time.

3. Earning Reward Points

● Members earn 2 points for every 1 EGP spent on eligible purchases.
● Points are calculated based on the final transaction value after discounts.
● Points are applied to products available in Mintra stores.
● Points will be credited automatically to the member’s account.

4. Points Value & Redemption

● 100 points = 1 EGP redemption value.
● Points redemption becomes available only after reaching 5,000 EGP total
spending or more.
● Spending accumulation does not need to occur in a single transaction.
● Once the spending threshold is reached, redemption becomes active.
● Points can be redeemed partially or fully during eligible purchases.
● Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Welcome Reward

● Members accumulate points normally from their purchases.
● After the first 5,000 EGP spent, members receive:
○ Their earned points, plus
○ 5,000 Welcome Bonus Points.
● Welcome points are granted once per member only.
● Duplicate accounts are not eligible for additional welcome bonuses.
● Existing customer accounts are not eligible for any benefits until they apply for
the program.

6. Exclusive Member Benefits

Members may receive
● Members-only prices on selected products or categories
● Early access to new collections or promotions.
● Birthday rewards and seasonal gifts.
● Special promotional offers.
Benefits may vary and are provided at Mintra’s discretion. These benefits may vary, be modified,
or discontinued at any time, and will be communicated through stores or official Mintra channels
when available.

7. Combining Offers

● Members may combine loyalty benefits with public promotions unless stated
otherwise.
● Certain offers or products may be excluded at Mintra’s discretion.
8. Refunds & Returns
● If a purchase is refunded:
○ Earned points related to that purchase will be deducted.
● If points were redeemed during the transaction:
○ Points redeemed on this purchase will be deducted and are non-refundable.
9. Account Responsibility
● Members are responsible for keeping their contact information updated.
● Membership accounts linked to incorrect or fraudulent information may be
suspended.
● Members must notify Mintra of changes, such as phone number updates.

10. Communications & Marketing Consent

● By joining the program, members agree to receive program-related products &
brand communications.

11. Program Changes & Termination

● Mintra reserves the right to:
○ Modify benefits
○ Change earning or redemption rules
○ Update point values
○ Suspend or terminate the program
○ Changes will be communicated through official channels.
○ Continued use of membership constitutes acceptance of updates.

12. Misuse & Fraud

Mintra may suspend or terminate membership if:
● Fraudulent activity is detected.
● Program abuse occurs.
● Multiple accounts are created by the same individual.
● Terms and conditions are violated.
All accumulated benefits may be cancelled in such cases.

13. General Conditions

● Points have no cash value.
● Benefits are subject to availability.
● Membership benefits are valid only at participating Mintra stores.
● Mintra’s decision regarding program rules is final.
